The Vietnamese Government continues to consider official development assistance (ODA) as an important capital source and will allocate part of it for socio-economic development in the mid-term public investment plan
Most ministries and localities have submitted huge investment budgets
that do not correspond to the State''s limited resources, and these need
to be reviewed, Planning and Investment (MPI) Minister Bui Quang Vinh
said yesterday.
